Project Hail Mary

There’s a touch of Bradbury in any work of contemporary science fiction, and though there’s a touch more optimism in this novel than I’ve found in Bradbury’s space-set works, the innate curiosity that the cosmos brings out is present in every word. This book says that it’s okay to be afraid, but that the desire for discovery will always win out over the instinct to hide away.
