Guys, did you know this is a slogan for Camel Cigarettes? I remember a previous one was "I'd walk a mile for a Camel," but I don't know if "Pleasure to Burn" is a new one possibly ripped-off from Ray, or was around long enough ago for him to have seen and been influenced by it, or whether each arrived at it independently. Anyone care to research it?

Dandelion:
Recording group, 'The Systematics', have a record out called... "Pleasure To Burn"...

About Camels: Slogans read....

"Experience is the best teacher"

"Your T-Zone will tell you why"

"More doctors smoke Camels than any cigarette"

And guess what?!!
Camels had a 'tin-box', with 'Pleasure To Burn' on the box. Perhaps it was the only place the logo statement appeared. Will have to search "ebay" for it, since it twas many years ago that Camels did this....

Saw it on a placard or poster in a grocery store window. No idea how old it may be.

Nard,
where, dare I ask, is my "T-Zone", and what does it have to do with Camel cigarettes?

Somehow I thought the T-Zone part would come first and the Camel afterwards!!
